About Our Client:
Our client is a prestigious multinational corporation in the logistics industry, seeking to strengthen their regional finance team with a talented Senior Financial Analyst.
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis activities across the region, with a focus on consolidation, variance analysis, and supporting critical system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional financial consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple entities
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, providing actionable insights to management
- Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles for the regional operations
- Support in financial system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and user training
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders
- Collaborate with country finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization initiatives
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in logistics or related industry
- Strong experience in financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with system implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
