Senior Officer – Facilities Management – Global MNC
Our client is a global MNC in Kowloon East side, they are seeking an senior officer in their facilities management team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our office facilities while ensuring a high-quality office environment and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facilities operations, including inspections and monitoring of office systems and equipment
- Coordinate renovation projects, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Maintain non-IT fixed asset inventory
- Collaborate with team to deliver projects and achieve operational goals
- Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and coaching to support staff
- Prepare documentation for vendor selection and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate company events and meeting arrangements
- Deliver effective business communication for project-related meetings
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder or higher
- Around 5 years of experience in the facilities management
- Hands-on experience with office renovation projects is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written English skills for cross-level communication
- Experience in organizing projects and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with a professional and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, coordination, and planning skills
