Senior Project Specialist – Supply Chain

Our client is a reputable global MNC; they are currently seeking a Senior Project Specialist with a focus on supply chain projects to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are driven by project success and are eager to make a meaningful impact on business operations.

Role responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and assess new opportunities in supply chain projects.
• Perform detailed business analysis and document requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, reports, and budgets.
• Lead the charge in problem resolution for the company’s business processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, and apply best practices relevant to our projects.
• Oversee project costs and changes for multiple projects.
• Act as Project Manager for certain projects, guiding them to completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, documenting and aligning meeting outcomes.

Key requirements:

• Degree holder. A major in Supply Chain or related disciplines is a plus.
•  At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in Supply Chain related industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and BI reporting tools like Tableau & Power BI is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal business English.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
