Shipping Officer / Logistics Officer / Assistant – MNC

Our client is a global MNC, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer shipments, ensuring on-time delivery, and liaising with overseas customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in shipping and a desire to grow in a dynamic company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Managers in arranging shipments for customer orders, primarily focusing on ocean freight
• Independently handle a full set of Overseas/China import and export documentation
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments to customers around the globe
• Liaise with overseas customers and manage the collection of sales proceeds
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient shipping processes
• Monitor and resolve any shipment-related issues, providing timely updates to customers and Sales Managers

Requirement:

• Related experience in shipping or logistics
• Stable, down-to-earth individual with the ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
