Sourcing Manager (Small Domestic Appliances)

Our client is a leading US sourcing office and they are seeking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join their team. This person will be an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of sourcing. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of small domestic appliances including kitchen appliances, household appliances and personal care appliances.

In this role, you will:

• Source and evaluate new suppliers for small domestic appliances globally, with a focus on Asia
• Audit and manage relationships with existing suppliers
• Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize pricing and terms
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Forecast demand and expedite orders to meet deadlines
• Oversee product compliance, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Stay current on market trends, new materials, and innovative products

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in a sourcing or buying role, specifically for small domestic appliances. You have existing relationships with suppliers globally and expertise in compliance for food contact appliances. Strong negotiation and analytical abilities are required.
