Partnership Development & Marketing Officer/Senior Officer

They are seeking a dynamic and creative Partnership Development Officer/Senior Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and collaborating with companies interested in promoting their brand to our university students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners and develop strategies to approach them for collaboration opportunities such as advertisements, event collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Create compelling partnership proposals and pitch ideas to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of engaging with university community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Support the execution of partnership initiatives, including event management, logistics coordination, and on-site support.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts by generating creative ideas for social media posts and content that resonates with our student audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our partnership offerings remain relevant and attractive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall university objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Partnership Development Officer: 1 year of relevant experience in partnership development, sales, or account management.
- Partnership Development Senior Officer: 2-4 years of relevant experience in partnership development, sales, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, youth-oriented environment.
