  • Provide expert consultation services to prospective students, guiding them through our course offerings and enrollment process
  • Administer and oversee the completion of student applications
  • Handle inquiries and administrative duties related to student recruitment promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration
  • Organize and participate in education exhibitions and fairs to promote courses and generate leads
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance the overall student experience
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or professional training industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for education
  • Experience in managing and leading teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with adult education and corporate training programs is a strong advantage
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events and exhibitions
